Contoh:

Pada tanggal 5 Januari 2000 dibeli tunai sebuah mesin dengan harga perolehan sebagai berikut:

-          Harga beli                       Rp10.000.000,00

-          Biaya angkutan                Rp  1.000.000,00

-          Biaya bongkar muat         Rp     300.000,00

-          Biaya pemasangan           Rp  1.200.000,00

-          Biaya percobaan              Rp     500.000,00

Harga perolehan              Rp13.000.000,00
